| DIRECTIONS TO THE STEVENS CREST CABIN
If you follow these using the landmarks described, you should easily find the cabin. Inattention to these details may make finding your way more difficult.
IF YOU ARE GOING TO THE CABIN FROM WEST SIDE OF STEVENS PASS:
Directions to Highway 2:
If you are coming from North of Everett heading South on I-5, take the Highway 2 East exit and follow East towards Stevens Pass.
If you are coming from Seattle take I-5 North to the Lake Forest Park/Ballinger exit off of I-5 and go East through Lake Forest Park to Bothell Way. Take a left onto Bothell Way and follow through Kenmore and into Bothell staying in the right lane onto Highway 522 towards Monroe. Highway 522 ends at Highway 2 at a stoplight in Monroe where you want to take a left onto Highway 2 going East towards Stevens Pass.
From the Eastside take Highway 405 North and turn onto the Highway 522 Woodinville/Monroe exit heading East. Highway 522 ends at Highway 2 at a stoplight in Monroe where you want to take a left onto Highway 2 going East towards Stevens Pass.
The Cabin is approximately 40 miles east of Monroe.
Where you are once you get to Skykomish:
When you get to the town of Skykomish set your odometer...FROM THE CHEVRON IN SKYKOMISH WEST OF THE STEVENS PASS SKI AREA the cabin is located EXACTLY 9.3 - 9.4 miles east of the Chevron station.
On your journey to the cabin from that point you will pass Deception Falls; the cabin is less than 1 mile east of the Deception Falls parking area
Next you will see a large DOT electronic Stevens Pass road conditions sign. You are getting close to your turnoff…continue driving East.
Next you will see the mile marker 58 on the right hand side of the road.
After you pass mile marker 58, you will see as highway 2 ahead makes a fairly sharp curve to the left. You will see a sign for the Iron Goat Trail Visitor Center just before the road begins making this curve, to the right you will see a large highway turnoff area. Begin pulling off the highway to the right here and you will see the sign for 876th NE.
The cabin is the very first property on the left sitting up the hill. You will see the stairs leading from the street leading up to the cabin. If you pass the cabin with the caboose, you have gone too far, just look back and left up the hill, and you will see an A Frame cabin with the Green metal roof and red exterior paint.
TO THE CABIN FROM THE EAST SIDE OF THE PASS:
The cabin is located exactly 6 miles West of Stevens Pass ski resort.
As you are heading West on Highway 2, you will pass mile marker 59…you are getting close. The cabin is located between mile 59 and mile 58.
Around the next bend to the right you will see a 50 mph road sign, Next you will see on the right the sign for the Iron Goat Trail Visitor Center, immediately on the left is 876th Street. Take a left onto 876th St. The Stevens Crest Cabin is the first cabin to your left. There is no left turn lane into the area where the cabin is located, so be cautious as you approach to take your left turn.

***WARNING TURNING LEFT ONTO 876TH ST HEADING WEST ON HIGHWAY 2.
There is no left turn lane onto 876th St. If traffic is busy, I suggest taking the right onto the Old cascade Highway turnoff that is directly across from the area where the cabin is located, and safely crossing the highway when traffic is clear onto 876th.
