MINIMUM 2 NIGHT RENTAL.
1 night rental stays granted on a per request basis for depending on
availablility and season. A $25.00 surcharge will be added for a 1 night
stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to and after your visit.
There is no cleaning charge if the cabin is left the way it was found.
Excessive cleanup after your stay will be charged to your credit card at
the rate of $35.00 per hour.
Washington State sales tax (8.9%) will be added.
Smoking is allowed outside. Strictly no smoking inside
the cabin.
NO PETS. (STRICTLY ENFORCED.) - A $100 additional
cleaning fee will be charged if pets are found on the premises.
Anyone under 21 years of age must be accompanied by a
parent. Exceptions are made on an individual basis.
Arrival time after 4:00 PM (unless prior arrangements are
made for early arrival). Departure time by 11:00 am
Any items lost, stolen or damaged will also be charged to
your credit card
15 days prior to date of reservation: 75% refund
or full credit toward another date. 0 to 14 days prior to date of
reservation: No refunds or credits, unless we can re-book the dates you had
reserved. If we are able to re-book the dates we will give a 75% refund or
full credit toward another date.
RESERVATIONS: Reservations can be made with a
nonrefundable 10% deposit payable with Visa or Master Card. The balance is
due 30 days prior to arrival payable by credit card or check. If a
reservation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, the full amount
will be charged to a credit card the day the reservation is made. To make a
